My project aims to communicate aspects of New Zealand culture and identity to a global audience that may not know much beyond rolling green hills, sheep, and The Lord of the Rings. In an attempt to shed light on kiwi sensibilities, I have created the first episode in what would be a multi-part mockumentary series on New Zealand national identity. Dale Norman looks to give audiences a perspective on New Zealand through a range of topics such as history, politics and pop culture. Ultimately, the project reflects my creative process from the year, dealing with adjusting your goals, and accepting differing points of view.
