Serious Jack is a business tool that aims to bring play into the office. Jack educates workplace leaders on how play can enhance their teams success and then facilitates a trusting team culture where team members feel welcome and expected to be their playful self. By creating a safe culture we become more open-minded to the ridiculous, which increases solution-finding and divergent thinking - the cognitive process underlying creativity and a successful business. As a designer I am a creative problem solver and design thinker. I enjoy working in the fields of experience, UX and UI design. My design process is human centred as I enjoy working with people to create beautiful solutions that improve their lives and well-being.
