In New Zealand there is not a huge emphasis on learning a second language.
My idea is to create an interactive resource to help engage people in learning and make it more fun and easier to pick up words and help ease pronunciation. I grounded myself in the German language as I was born in Austria but no longer speak it fluently. This and English are what make up my Bi-Cultural Identity, I also acknowledge the Māori language as someone who is also learning the language at the same time, as trying to explore New Zealand's own Bi-Cultural Identity. On display are three sets of three boxes and using them you can make a sentence in each of these three languages.
