Trent Kokich

My project explores how augmented reality (AR) design methods can facilitate new multimedia modes of presentation for independent artists with the intention of aiding the exhibiting of their work. I have conceptualised and developed a creative application that allows artists to easily exhibit their work using an AR centered approach. It aims to strip back the daunting nature and complexity of AR and make it a viable, go to, tool for any artist. The project has been developed with the intention of prompting a new form of interaction between the viewer and the art, in turn giving artists a unique voice in which they can exhibit their work through.
